Topping off such tanks ahead of expected price increases is one tip offered by Kennedy’s Citizens Energy for saving energy and energy costs in what looks to be an expensive winter. Kennedy also showed off a package of easy-to-install energy-saving devices said to be on sale at local hardware stores for about $50.
